At UP the MEDfOR 42-ECTS sub program will provide students with courses for a tailored graduate-level preparation on Mediterranean forest resources protection and active management. The program offered at UP covers a large group of disciplines in natural and social sciences:

First Semester

• Forest Ecology and management (11 ECTS)
• Forest Policy for a Bio-Economy Strategy (6 ECTS)
• Natural Disturbance Ecology and Management  (6 ECTS)
• Introduction to GIS (2 ECTS)

Second Semester

• Integrated watershed management (6 ECTS)
• Wildlife conservation and management (6 ECTS)*
• Forest pathology and wood alteration (6 ECTS)*
• Insect Ecology and Management Forest (6 ECTS)*
