“The program provided me with an opportunity not only to learn but also to meet people from all over the world. During the program, I have been facing new challenges and learning how to handle new situations.” Muhammad Muddasir, Pakistan. 2015.
Sadly to everyone, Muhammad Muddair died in December 2017. In the words of his thesis advisor, Prof. Paolo de Angelis: "Muhammad obtained the MSc degree at University of Tuscia with the maximum grade and the extra mention “cum laude”, presenting a Thesis on “Efficacy of Biochar in Reducing Cu and Zn Toxicity in Manure Sludge Using Biological Indicators”. In the following years continued the scientific activity at the University of Tuscia, as PhD student, investigating the “Greenhouse Gas Emissions from Rice Fields under Different Management Systems at Global Level”. As MSc thesis supervisor I particularly appreciated his interest and motivation to learn but also his efforts into assimilating it to his own experience and developing his own ideas. He was an excellent student, able to work very well both independently and in a team. Hard worker, diligent, and capable of running many activities at the same time." December 2017.
