Congratulations to our MEDfOR alumni Md. Zulfikar Khan! He recently published a paper with results from his master thesis. The article “Soil carbon stocks and dynamics of different land uses in Italy using the LUCAS soil database” was published in the Journal of Environmental Management.

Md. Zulfikar, from Bangladesh, studied at the University of Lisbon and at the University of Tuscia in the academic years 2019/2021. He is currently working as a doctoral student at Paris Soil organic matter research Group (PSG) and French National Institute for Agriculture, Food, and Environment (INRAe).
