We are thrilled to share some exciting news from our esteemed MEDfOR alumnus, Babla Mohajan (Cohort 2016–2018)!

Babla recently embarked on a new chapter in his professional journey, joining the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO Bangladesh) of the United Nations as an NRM Specialist. Before this role, he dedicated over four years as a Consultant with the Bangladesh Forest Department under the Sustainable Forests and Livelihoods (SUFAL) project.

His journey through the MEDfOR Master’s Program, with a first-year at the University of Lleida and thesis defense at the University of Padua, laid a strong foundation in Natural Resource Management (NRM) and inspired his career growth.

Babla’s story is a testament to how MEDfOR alumni continue to make a meaningful impact in the field of forestry, sustainability, and resource management worldwide.
